Some people have inquired about the parks I visit during my daily health walk in Ottawa, Canada, so I left my point & shoot camera on yesterday while walking through the Kingsview Park portion to show part of the path I follow alongside the Rideau River in Ottawa (a path that also includes Strathcona Park, covered in Part Two). The camera was dangling and resting against my belly, so there is much shaking, but you can still get an idea of how nice and friendly the parks are. The video does include, however, some smooth, detailed segments where I stopped to film geese (5:55, 7:14) & their chicks, along with turtles resting on a tree (10:20).

you better call it quits, before it's too late
if you think your gonna waste another minute of our time
you better think it over, cause you stepped on the mine
your chance, you already blew
