Some people have inquired about the parks I visit during my daily health walk in Ottawa, Canada, so I left my point & shoot camera on yesterday while walking through the Strathcona Park portion to show part of the path I follow alongside the Rideau River in Ottawa (a path that also includes Kingsview Park, covered in Part One). The camera was dangling and resting against my belly, hence the camera shake but you can still get an idea of how nice and friendly the parks are.
